Job Opportunity: I/O Consultants (Houston)

Cubiks is an international assessment and development consultancy that combines business psychology services with an advanced portfolio of online assessment products.
With offices throughout Europe, the Middle East and the Asia Pacific region, we deliver competency-driven corporate psychology solutions for more than 1000 clients in over 50 countries.
In recent years, we have steadily grown our business in the USA and have delivered assignments for blue-chip clients in Houston, Boston, Chicago, Cleveland, Columbus, Florida, Denver, Louisiana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, San Diego and Washington DC.
To support the growth of our business in the USA, we will shortly be opening our first US office to coordinate client assignments for major international corporations across the country.
We are now seeking applications from independent consultants based in and around the Houston area to join our local our consultancy team on a freelance basis.
In particular, we are interested in speaking to experienced business psychologists with a proven track record of operating on client assignments that cover staff selection and management development.
You will typically have gained a minimum of five year's experience in a client-facing consultancy environment and ideally be skilled in:

• Conducting individual assessments covering middle and senior management positions, for both selection and development /promotion purposes
• Applying and interpreting a range of different assessments and simulation tools
• Managing competency-based interviews
• Writing structured, high impact assessment reports following established guidelines
• Delivering 360 degree feedback for development and coaching
• Supporting team development initiatives

With clients covering a wide geographic area, we also appreciate consultants who are willing to travel in line with client requirements.
